Kim Bailey is a Respiratory Clinical Nurse Consultant with over 25 years of nursing experience. Kim has a Bachelor of Nursing, Post Graduate Diploma in Paediatric and Child Health Nursing and working towards her Masters of Advanced Practice Nursing. Kim is the CNC of the Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Department at The Canberra Hospital with a special interest in developing nursing services and in ILD and Cystic Fibrosis.

Kim commenced in the respiratory department in 2014 as the Cystic Fibrosis Nurse before commencing as CNC in 2019. She leads the nursing team in respiratory nursing services including ILD, Tuberculosis, COPD, CF, Asthma, Bronchiectasis, and coordination of Bronchoscopies.

Kim is a member of the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and a foundation member of the Australian ILD Nurse Alliance Steering Committee.
