We’re excited to let you know that we are awarding a Best Abstract Prize for CREATE Fellows at the TSANZ Conference in Perth in March.
The prize is open to Postdoctoral and PhD Fellows within the CREATE Program who have had their abstract accepted for either an oral or poster presentation.
It’s really easy to apply. All you need to do is to email Bonnie (bonnie.laxton-blinkhorn@sydney.edu.au) your abstract and your proof of acceptance.
Abstracts will be reviewed by members of the CREATE Program Advisory Committee
The deadline for applications is Monday 3 March. The winner will be announced at the CREATE Dinner in Perth on Saturday 28 March.

And…if you want to attend the dinner you’ll also need to let us know! Our first in-person CREATE event for 2026 will be a casual networking dinner during the TSANZSRS ASM in Perth.

Dr Lida Hariri from Massachusetts General Hospital, one of the TSANZ ASM key note speakers, will be in attendance and has generously agreed to try her hand at one of our (infamous) Australian trivia sessions.  Â
