Consumer Advisory Group
CRE-PF Consumer Advisory Group (CAG) provides input at all stages of the research process.
This includes:
- development of research questions
- research design and choice of patient-relevant outcomes
- review of patient-facing research materials such as flyers and consent forms interpretation of results
- promotion of findings.

CRE-PF CAG members have been trained to provide input with various aspects of research. They make an invaluable contribution to all that we do! The group is co-chaired by Consumer Tania Hyde and CRE-PF Chief Investigator Prof Anne Holland.
Consumer Advisory Group Review Requests
Researchers may request CRE-PF CAG reviews on research applications/proposals, research documents and issues, including but not limited to:
- priority areas for research in pulmonary fibrosis
- proposed pulmonary fibrosis research plans, outcome measures to be used in pulmonary fibrosis research and consumer participation in research
- dissemination of information about current pulmonary fibrosis research projects and findings.
We encourage the CRE-PF research community to request consumer review of pulmonary fibrosis research grant applications.
