TSANZSRS 2026 - Centre of Research Excellence in Pulmonary Fibrosis

The Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Respiratory Science invites you to Perth for the TSANZSRS Annual Scientific Meeting 27 – 31 March 2026.

The theme for The Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting is: Lungs Under the Microscope.

The conference theme “Lungs under the microscope” delves into the intricate landscape of pulmonary science, revealing the lung’s complexities at all levels from cellular and molecular through to daily functioning. The theme explores research ranging from the precision of nanoparticle drug delivery, cutting-edge imaging technologies and fundamental studies of lung structure and function through to clinical application of discoveries that support improved respiratory health.

Pulmonary Fibrosis Institute

The Centre of Research Excellence in Pulmonary Fibrosis has established the Pulmonary Fibrosis Institute, a not-for-profit company registered in Australia. The Pulmonary Fibrosis Institute exists to support ongoing research into pulmonary fibrosis and ensure the longevity of research infrastructure developed through our collaborative efforts.
