When we talk about air pollution, the focus is often on fine suspended particles. Gaseous pollutants are often overlooked as a major contributor to the health burden associated with air pollution.
As we will hear at this webinar, researching, monitoring and regulating gases is a challenging and fascinating field. The webinar will feature presentations from:
- Dr Kathryn Emmerson, Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO and lead author of the air quality chapter of Australiaβs State of the Environment Report
- Dr Nigel Goodman, Senior Research Fellow in Air Quality and Health, at Canberra University, and Affiliate Researcher at the Centre for Safe Air
Β
The webinar will be facilitated by Dr Sabrina Idrose, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Safe Air and the University of Melbourne.
