Dr Megan Harrison is a Respiratory Consultant at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Western Australia working within the Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) unit. She is also undertaking a PhD with the University of Sydney under the mentorship of Prof. Tamera Corte.
Her research focuses on developing a treatable traits management approach for interstitial lung disease to improve patient management and overall care.
Long term, Megan wants to continue working in a teaching hospital as a respiratory specialist in the area of ILD. She wants to expand her contribution to ongoing education and ILD research and be involved in Australia-wide collaborations.
