A new research paper by CRE-PF collaborators Dr Leona Dowman, Prof Anne Holland and colleagues demonstrates that pulmonary rehabilitation may have a positive effect on survival in patients with interstitial lung disease at five years, strengthening the rationale for such programs to be embedded in standard and holistic care.
The article ‘Impact of pulmonary rehabilitation on survival in people with interstitial lung disease’ was published in Chest and received a write up in The Limbic, which subscribers can view here.
It was also featured in the ATS publication Morning Minute.
